Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of MyPostFlow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to everything in this document. We wrote it in plain language on purpose.
1. What MyPostFlow is
MyPostFlow is an online platform that helps you create carousels and posts for Instagram with the help of artificial intelligence. The service is operated by MyPostFlow (referred to below as “we” or “MyPostFlow”) and made available through our website.
We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time to improve the product. When a change materially affects you, we will let you know through our official channels.
2. Your account
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your login. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
MyPostFlow is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.
3. Credits
Credits are MyPostFlow’s prepaid usage unit: you purchase credits and spend them when generating content with the platform’s AI models.
Expiration
Purchased credits are valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. Promotional (bonus) credits carry their own expiration, always disclosed when they are granted, and are spent before purchased credits (earliest-expiring first).
Pricing
The credit cost of each model is published on our pricing page. Prices may change with 7 (seven) days’ advance notice; changes never affect credits you already own — only future purchases.
Nature of credits
Credits are not money: they earn no interest, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash, except where a refund applies under our Refund Policy.
A generation that fails because of an error on our side never costs you credits — the amount is automatically returned to your balance.
4. Bring your own key (BYOK)
MyPostFlow also lets you use your own API keyfrom supported AI providers (the “BYOK” option — bring your own key). BYOK is an advanced option offered for convenience.
New features and new models may be exclusive to the credits option, with no guarantee of parity with BYOK. When you use BYOK, AI usage costs are billed directly by the key’s provider under that provider’s terms.
5. Your content and acceptable use
The content you generate is yours. We claim no ownership over the carousels, text, or images you create on the platform. You are responsible for how you use that content, including compliance with third-party rights and the rules of any platform where you publish it.
You may not use MyPostFlow to:
- produce content that is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes third-party rights;
- generate material that exploits or endangers minors;
- circumvent technical limits, automate abuse, or interfere with the operation of the service;
- resell your access or share your account with others.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
We work hard to keep the service available and running well, but it is provided on a best-effort, “as is” basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. The AI models are supplied by third parties and may experience outages, rate limits, or output variations beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the total amount you actually paid to MyPostFlow in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Payments, refunds, and cancellation
Purchases of credits and plans are processed by our payment partners. Cancellation rules and our 14-day money-back guarantee are detailed in the Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
8. Privacy
How we handle your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When a change is material, we will update the version and effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you through our official channels. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the new version.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory protections or a different venue, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
