Refund and Cancellation Policy
MyPostFlow's offer is presented clearly before purchase — price, included credits, and billing cycle. Refunds are reviewed case by case and apply only to the amount not yet used. This Policy is part of our Terms of Use.
1. In short
You know exactly what you're buying before you pay. Because of that:
- Refunds cover only credits and amounts NOT yet used — usage already made is a service rendered.
- Requests are made by email and reviewed case by case (there's no automatic or self-service refund).
- Cancelling a plan is self-service and stops the renewal; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
2. Buying credits
14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a refund of a credit purchase within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the purchase date. In that case, the refund covers only the balance not yet used — whatever has already been used is a service actually rendered.
The approved amount is refunded to the original payment method, through our payment processor, within 5–10 business days after the request is approved (timing may vary by card issuer).
Credits already used
Credits already used correspond to a service actually rendered — the generation was processed and incurred real processing cost. For that reason, used credits are non-refundable, even within the 14 days.
This rule is shown prominently at checkout, before you confirm the purchase: used credits are non-refundable.
3. Plans and subscriptions
Cancellation (self-service)
You can cancel your plan at any time. Cancelling stops the renewal and access stays active until the end of the period already paid for — there's no new charge after that.
Plan refund
Within 14 (fourteen) days of signing up, you can request a refund of the proportional amount not yet used. Since each plan releases credits immediately, credits already used are deducted from the amount to be refunded (and, if usage exhausts the plan's value, there's no balance to return). After 14 days there's no refund — just cancel to end the renewal.
Deducting usage prevents abuse (subscribing, using the credits, and requesting a full refund) and is in line with the practice of platforms like OpenAI and Apple, where refunds are requested and reviewed, not automatic.
4. Generation that fails due to a system error
If a generation fails due to an error on our side, it does not consume credit: the amount is automatically refunded to your balance. You don't need to request anything in those cases.
5. How to request a refund
Refund requests are made by email only, to hello@mypostflow.app, from your account email. Include your proof of payment and the reason for the request.
Each request is reviewed case by case. We confirm receipt and communicate the decision within 5 (five) business days. Once approved, the refund follows the timelines above.
6. Relationship with the Terms of Use
This Policy is part of our Terms of Use. The rules on the validity and nature of credits (12-month validity, bonus credits, etc.) are described there.
